Can you look after a property on a recurring basis?
Yes. We can build an agreed maintenance schedule around shared exterior spaces, seasonal priorities, and the needs of your building. One-time work is also welcome.
What goes into a quote?
We review the requested work, property condition, access, and timing. You receive a defined scope to review before work begins. Additional work needs separate approval.
Which areas do you serve?
We accept work across Metro Vancouver. Share the property’s city or neighbourhood and the services you need so we can discuss access, scheduling, and suitability.
How will our manager know the work is complete?
We keep your designated contact informed and provide a completion update, including photographs when useful and any follow-up items observed during the work.
